Refund policy
NO RETURN
BAGZAPPERR does not accept returns or exchanges except for:
- Damaged items
- Tampered items
- Wrong items
Your order qualifies for a return only under these conditions.
RETURN POLICY REQUIREMENTS
- A valid unboxing video is required for all return requests.
- Photos alone will not be accepted.
- The video must show the unboxing process from start to finish, including the parcel and its packaging.
RETURN PROCESS
- We do not provide pickup services.
- Customers are responsible for couriering the product back to us.
- We will reimburse courier charges up to Rs.100 only.
NO EXCHANGE
We do not offer product exchanges.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed and dispatched from our warehouse.
